Withdrawal period
For an online purchase, you can generally withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement with your name, order number and order email to support@divaiahofficial.com.
Return shipment
Contact us before sending the item back. We will provide the valid return instructions. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed address.
Inspecting the item
You may inspect the item as you would in a store. A legally permitted deduction may apply for value lost through handling beyond that.
Refund
After receipt and inspection, the amount due will be refunded to the original payment method within the statutory period.
