Scope
These terms apply to consumer orders placed with DIVAIAH through the official storefront and Shopify checkout.
Contract formation
The product display is an invitation to place an order. A contract is formed when we issue an order confirmation.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices are in euros and include legally applicable taxes. Payment methods shown at checkout apply.
Availability
Orders can only be placed for variants shown as available in Shopify. If a technical inventory discrepancy occurs, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid.
Delivery
Free shipping to Germany has a standard delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. Unforeseen carrier delays can extend delivery.
Withdrawal and defects
Statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected. Details are provided on the returns page.
