Statutory withdrawal right
You can generally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Send a clear statement with the order number to support@divaiahofficial.com.
Voluntary 30-day returns
You can additionally request a return within 30 days of delivery. Apart from careful fitting, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with its original labels.
Return postage
You pay direct return postage for a change of mind or size choice. DIVAIAH covers required return costs for defective, damaged, materially misdescribed or incorrect goods.
Refunds
Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. For statutory withdrawal, received payments including the least expensive standard delivery cost are refunded. We may withhold the refund until the goods or evidence of return is received.
