Products, prices and orders
Product description, sizes, price, taxes and shipping costs are shown before ordering. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable consumer taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Clicking the final payment button submits an order with an obligation to pay.
Payment and availability
Payments are processed through Shopify and the selected checkout provider. Orders remain subject to availability and successful payment authorisation.
Shipping, withdrawal and returns
DIVAIAH currently delivers to Germany free of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days. Statutory withdrawal and the voluntary return policy are described on the returns page.
Guarantee and liability
Statutory consumer rights apply to defective or non-conforming goods. Liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, product liability and mandatory consumer rights is not excluded.
Law
Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence.
